Building the Foundation: Currently, we stand in an empty canvas, but soon the canvas will come alive. Our team is gearing up to break ground on the essential elements – plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. RTUs already grace the rooftop, and the next steps involve framing, acoustical ceiling tile installations, and the application of Dryfall to the surfaces above. The groundwork is laid for the installation of beautiful selections, including LBT flooring, vibrant turf for the gym, and robust rubber matting for the weight training room.
The Countdown to Grand Opening: We recently had the privilege of contributing to the grand opening celebration for the Stafford community. As we inch closer to completion, our focus shifts to the final touches. Concrete surfaces undergo a thorough power wash, courtesy of our partners at Pristine Power Wash, as we prepare for the eagerly awaited grand opening of Anytime Fitness. The weeks ahead promise the installation of flooring, marking the countdown to the project's completion.
